Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective materials are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your box, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
